Hi! My name is Dianne.  I grew up in an in-home Daycare where I began working with children.  I studied at Niagara College after finishing High School.  I received a diploma in Educational Resources and Special Needs (ERSN) as well as a diploma as a  Developmentally Handicapped Services Worker (DHSW).
I continued my education and received honours in Early Childhood Development,  Child Psychology, Autism 101, Diabetes and Attention Deficit Disorders. 
In 2022 I took courses in: Montessori Teaching- Fundamental Concepts and Principles and Fundamentals of Storytelling in Education for Teachers and Trainers.

I have spent over twenty-seven years learning from children as an in-home Childcare Provider. 

I feel that nurturing each child's interests helps them become strong, talented and unique individuals who respect themselves.  I accomplish this by providing a fun and enriched learning environment that allows each child to discover their unique personality and maximum potential.

Just as I encourage each child to learn and achieve more, I feel I should continue to read, learn and achieve more as well.
